Igniting the Inner Wisdom of the Shaman's Way
with Sarah Finlay and Peter Clark of Shaman's Flame.

In this introductory workshop, Sarah & Peter will teach you the techniques of shamanic active meditation, called journeying. In this workshop you will:

 - learn about shamanic cosmology & the transcendent power of drumming and rattling

 - journey to explore your Lower World Sacred Garden and find your Seat of Power

 - journey to meet a Power Animal spirit guide

 -journey to meet an Upper World teacher

10:00-11:00 Dan Ran Zyu Jujitsu
Come and experience the simplicity and effectiveness of Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu. This class teaches simple self defense techniques in a safe and non-violent manner. The instructor Daniel Fascilla is a 3rd degree black belt with over twelve years experience in teaching martial arts. Jujitsu teaches you how to look at the body from the standpoint of using mechanics to overcome what might be seen as weakness. All skill levels welcome, we always start with the basics.
